Chad served thirty years in public education as a principal, assistant principal, human resources specialist, and technology education teacher.

Following four years of service in the United States Air Force, he studied at Millersville University in Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. While working as an educator, he completed a Master of Business Administration at Wilmington University, Wilmington, DE, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Delaware, Newark, DE.

Chad has a personal mission of providing direction to youth and coaching adults. He teaches and writes about leadership, mentoring, and life skill principles. In 2024, he published Mentor Them or They Will: Expert Advice for Youth Mentors Who Teach Self-Discipline Life Skills.

He is the founder of Learning Pursuit, LLC, and Delaware Hapkido Martial Arts Academy, Inc.
